Reservations can be made via the following methods:

Reservations are to be considered accepted only upon written confirmation by the Management.
Cancellation penalties
If the cancellation is made within 72 hours, payment will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation is made between 72 and 48 hours before the arrival date, only the amount of the first night will be charged.
In case of cancellations after 48 hours or no show, the entire cost of the stay will be charged.
Refund methods must be agreed with the Management.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are free and must be arranged with the Management.
Upon arrival, guests must provide the Management with their ID and fill in the form for Public Safety.
Rules and behaviors
Smoking is not allowed inside the building. It is however possible to smoke outside (balconies).
It is not allowed to invite or introduce non-guests inside the premises, unless prior agreement with the Management.
It is not allowed to carry out within the premises any activity that is incompatible with the hygiene rules and with the respectability and safety of the building.
During the stay in the structure special attention must be paid to furnitures, of historical and economic value. The Management reserves the right to request full compensation for damages.
It is not allowed to make changes to the furnitures and facilities of the premises. The Management is not liable for any damage caused to persons or things due to misuse of the furnitures and equipment or tampering with them.
Privacy
The Guest acknowledges and accepts the existence of the Log maintained and kept by the Management.
The Log has the character of absolute confidentiality and can be exhibited only and exclusively at the request of the competent authorities.
In implementation of Law 196/2003, the Guest declares to have received appropriate information and provides consent to the processing of their personal data, directly or through third parties, as well as to comply with the obligations under the Law, by a regulation or by the Regulations Community and in particular to execute all contractual obligations, also for the following purposes related to the services object of this Regulation and to their possible integrations / evolutions: a) To elaborate studies and market statistics research; b) send advertising / informative material; c) carry out sales or placement network activities; d) send commercial information and / or make interactive commercial communications.
Acceptance
The booking of the stay involves the acknowledgment and acceptance without reservation of this Policy.
The Management reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, in order to guarantee the good use of the service.
Although not expressly specified therein, the "Legge Quadro sul Turismo" ("Framework Law on Tourism") is recalled, L.R. 11 September 1989 n. 45, title V.
For any controversy the competent court is that of Turin.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1341 and 1342 of the CC, we declare to have taken a clear view and to expressly approve the clauses contained in this Regulation.
